king bed spacious seating direct access
The room included a comfortable king bed and a spacious seating area. I appreciated the updated bathroom (it looked very modern). The hotel had direct access to a beautiful beach. The sea was calm, I enjoyed that.
The gym equipment looked to be slightly outdated.

overall adequate stay
convenient location attentive staff outdated room confusing check-in
the hotel is right on the beach i found that location very convenient. the staff members were attentive. i appreciate their help with any requests that i had. i also enjoyed the local food they offered. i did not have food poisoning.
the rooms feel like they could use some updating. i noticed the bathrooms especially could benefit from improvements. otherwise the check in experience wasn't smooth. the help desk did not understand instructions and gave us the wrong room. this happened despite my clarifying everything.

local dishes fresh hoppers
the breakfast included a large variety of local and western dishes. there was a dedicated chef preparing fresh hoppers (i especially liked the egg hoppers).
the gym had limited equipment and lacked air conditioning.
